Olinday Farms’ Duck Egg Sweepstakes
1. The competition is open to US residents ages 18 years or over and living within the continental United States.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. This sweepstakes is running on Facebook.
5. Only two entries will be accepted per person by commenting on the Olinday Farms’ Duck Egg Sweepstakes! on Facebook and by signing up to Olinday newsletter.
6. Closing date for entry will be Friday, March 13th at 10:00pm PST. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- To enter contest you must answer the question “Have you ever tried duck eggs?” on the Olinday Farms Duck Egg Sweepstakes post on Facebook.
- You can receive an additional entry by signing up for our newsletter as well.
- Once the contest ends, we will assign a number to all commenters starting at the number 1 and going sequentially until all entries have an assigned number. After all of the commenters have been assigned a number, anyone who signed up for the newsletter will also receive a number (with the first number being one more than the final commenter on the Facebook post).
- Numbers will be computed on the website Random.org, and the person whose comment matches the random number generated will be declared the winner.
- The winner will be contacted by FB direct message asking for address to send prize to, the winner will also be announced on our Facebook page.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party not connected to Olinday Farms.
10. The prize is as follows:
- One Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker Nano
- Olinday Farms hat and stickers
- 12 pack of Olinday Farms Duck Eggs
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
13. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook or via email no later than 5 days after the contest ends. The winner must provide address for prize to be shipped to.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by California law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her Facebook name/id name to announce the winner on the Olinday Farms Facebook page.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
20. You are providing your information to Olinday Farms and not to any other party.
