We are excited to launch Olinday Farms and bring the highest quality fresh duck eggs to restaurants and stores near you.

We utilize the best genetics available and raise our breeders in a more traditional system, allowing ducks to achieve peak performance.

We pasture our replacement duck and goose breeder as much as possible during rearing, allowing a more stable flock.

Cages are never used, and all of our growing and layer building are open sided with birds housed comfortably on the floor.

Our family has been raising ducks for over 60 years, and now we feel the time is right to introduce the delicious world of duck eggs. We have experimented and developed truly exceptional dishes with duck eggs over the years, and now the time is right for Chefs to utilize the All Day Egg.

Marc Metzer and his father John Metzer decided in 2018 that there needed to be a company that marketed fresh duck eggs to chefs, restaurateurs, food service, and retail companies. Everyday the Metzer’s move closer to their goal of incorporating duck eggs into chefs’ menus across the country.
